General Terms And Conditions

Booking Confirmation

1.1 By confirming a booking with Signature Concierge (DMC), the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Payment details, including rates, deposit requirements, and deadlines, will be specified in the invoice provided to the client.

SERVICES AND ITINERARY CHANGES

4.1 Signature Concierge (DMC) reserves the right to modify services or itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, complying with entry requirements, and ensuring their fitness for activities included in the itinerary.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

6.1 Signature Concierge (DMC) is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss incurred during the trip.

6.2 Clients are advised to obtain suitable travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 Signature Concierge (DMC) is not liable for disruptions or cancellations resulting from unforeseeable events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

8.1 Any complaints or disputes should be communicated promptly to Signature Concierge (DMC), and every effort will be made to resolve them amicably.

GOVERNING LAW

9.1 This agreement is governed by and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

AMENDMENTS

10.1 Signature Concierge (DMC) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.

OUR ROLE

Kingdom Holidays Group (trading as Signature Concierge (DMC)) acts as an Agent for Travelers booking Tours & travel-related services worldwide. We facilitate bookings with local affiliates who are licensed by the relevant authorities in each country. While we carefully select our affiliates and strive to ensure a high-quality experience, your contract for the services is directly with the affiliate, not with Kingdom Holidays Group.

CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Cancellation terms are as follows: At Signature Concierge DMC, we prioritize transparency and clarity in our cancellation policy to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

General Cancellation Terms of Use

  • Signature Concierge (DMC) reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Signature Concierge (DMC) is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Passengers are responsible for securing their personal belongings; Signature Concierge (DMC) accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy for Tours and Transfers

  • Up to 10 guests or minibus up to 10-seater:
    • 10% of the total amount if canceled up to 96 hours before the scheduled service.
    • 25% if canceled between 96 to 72 hours prior.
    • 50% if canceled between 72 to 48 hours prior.
    • 75% if canceled between 48 to 24 hours prior.
    • 100% if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  • The above 10 guest coaches or similar:
    • Full refund if canceled more than 21 days before the tour.
    • 25% of the total amount if canceled between 14 to 21 days before the tour, depending on the provider's policy.
    • 40% if canceled between 10 to 14 days before the tour, depending on the provider's policy.
    • 60% if canceled between 7 to 10 days before the tour, depending on the provider's policy.
    • 75% if canceled between 4 to 7 days before the tour, depending on the provider's policy.
    • No refund if canceled less than 4 days before the tour.
    • No refunds for last-minute or same-day cancellations, including "no-show" situations.

Entry Tickets:

  • Please be aware that the cancellation and refund policies for admission tickets are set by the issuing authority. We strongly recommend reviewing their specific terms and conditions at the time of purchase for complete details
